June Mountain Ski Area

Family-oriented ski resort with a relaxed vibe - much different than its sister resort of Mammoth Mountain. It has 1,500 acres of uncrowded slopes, 7 lifts, 35 trails, and 2,590 feet of vertical drop. There are no lift lines, even on weekends. Most of the upper terrain consists of very gentle runs and cruising slopes for intermediates, with 80% of the trails dedicated to beginners and intermediates. Off the June Mountain summit are some steep-ish black and double black cut runs that are super short.

Logged at stop: Bishop (2022 Bishop and Death Valley)
